TeamGantt is a subscription service offering plans based on the number of managers associated with your account. Both monthly and annual payment options are available. Choosing to pay annually saves you nearly 20%!
What are the different pricing plans available?
TeamGantt Pricing Overview
TeamGantt offers three plans designed to fit teams of different sizes and needs. All plans are billed monthly and scale with the number of projects you manage. We offer 20% discount for annual plans on all 3.
Basic — Starting at $24/month
Built for small teams that need straightforward project tracking. Includes 2 projects, 1 manager, up to 10 collaborators, and 150 tasks per project. You can add projects for $12/month each, up to a 5-project limit. Covers all core features like Gantt charts, calendar and list views, file management, and project communication.
Business — Starting at $120/month
Designed for busier teams that need more power and flexibility. Includes 5 projects, unlimited managers and collaborators, and 500 tasks per project. Additional projects run $24/month each, up to a 20-project limit. Adds advanced tools like workload management, critical path, portfolio management, Kanban view, time tracking, and more.
Builder Edition — Starting at $199/month
Purpose-built for construction professionals. Includes 10 projects, unlimited managers, collaborators, and tasks, plus personalized onboarding. Includes everything in Business, along with construction-specific features like lookahead scheduling, material delay prevention, financial forecasting, Procore sync, RACI assignments, lockable milestones, and confirm schedule changes.

- TeamGantt will automatically renew your subscription on a monthly or annual basis. There's no minimum purchase required, and you can cancel anytime.
Collaborator vs Manager
A collaborator is able to be invited to projects, assigned to tasks, receive notifications, update the progress and check off checklist items on tasks they are assigned to, leave comments, and upload or download documentation to a task or project. There is no limit on how many projects or tasks a collaborator can be invited or assigned to.
A Manager can create and edit projects, as well as invite collaborators to projects. They are also able to edit project settings.
BASIC plans include 1 manager and 10 collaborators, and the Builder and Business Plans allow unlimited managers and collaborators.
Where can I see the number of managers and collaborators on my account?
To see a current count of managers and collaborators on your account, the Account Holder can go to: Account Settings > Manage People.
How do I upgrade my plan?
To upgrade your subscription, the Managers (with billing permission) can go to: Account Settings > Subscription > Purchase.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as PayPal.
