Access and Update Billing Information & Invoices

Update payment method on file

You can change your payment information at any time. 

Any manager with account admin status can go to  Account Settings > Plan Details to update your payment method. 

Access and edit company invoices

For your convenience, invoices are available online to Managers with account admin status at any time. To access all invoices, simply log into TeamGantt, and go to Account Settings > Plan Details. 

To edit your invoices, you can contact support at support@teamgantt.com or +1 888.417.9380.

Update the billing contact for e-receipts

To update who receives your team's e-receipts, please email billing@teamgantt.com. Currently, our system can only accommodate one email address at a time, and e-receipt recipients cannot be adjusted from within the application.
